Amor Removals Ltd is a passionately family run small to medium size enterprise that can facilitate removals with perfection from planning and communication to attentive delivery and positioning of your worldly goods.
Company owner Joe Amor has been successfully operating as a Buckingham removals company for the past 6 years, flourishing to the reputable name it is today. Joe’s passions for the removals industry was born having grown up within his grandfather’s own removals company. This inherent understanding and experience has lead Joe to create a removals company to carry out the most sophisticated relocation’s with ease.
We appreciate there is lots to do when moving house which is why we offer a complete range of services to make life easier. We can take care of tasks such as complete household packing to dismantling and reassembly of furniture. If you feel confident to do the packing yourself then we can even delivery a range quality packing supplies to your door. We can never stress enough how important the packing of your goods is which why we offer to supply our sturdy double walled removal boxes for maximum protection.
Before we even lift an item on move day we will make sure that all walkways and carpet areas are protected using our clear film roll and carpet runners. We will arrive with our bespoke furniture and flat TV screen covers which offer a high level of protection whilst manoeuvring and during transportation. All your free standing bulky items are skillfully loaded into our removal vehicles and carefully covered with our protective blankets.
Each removal enquiry received is we look upon a mandatory for a visual goods inspection. We refer to this as a removal survey which is taken by Joe Amor himself. During this visit crucial notes and observations will be taken, such as items requiring specialised packing, dismantling or rebuilding of furniture, correct vehicle size and best access routes. Our removals survey usually takes approximately 30 minutes which we can conveniently organise around your schedule, so don’t worry if you work until 6pm, we will still make time to see you.
After your removal survey, we will send you a formal quotation usually via email or we can send in the post. Your quote will have all your moving details on it that we discussed during your survey along with the total cost. Other documents you’ll receive is our terms and conditions, goods and value declaration and a removal date acceptance form. Once you have carefully read through your documentation please let us know if you have any queries or updates on your moving status. Normal procedure for booking a removal date is when you have agreed a date within your moving chain and then check back with us for our availability.
Once we confirm we are able to move you, please fill out and sign the schedule of goods and acceptance form and return (scan and email) it to us. Once we receive this we will book you into our moving schedule. If however your move date changes please let us know as soon as you can so we can try and rearrange an new date into our schedule.
